Rather than some complicated multi-step process, in home diet or long book, I prefer believing that people KNOW deep
down what is right and wrong. My system relies on individual understanding and making lots of little good decisions
each day vs. some major commitment.
If you scored 90% on everything you did from school to work, chances
are you did well. Each day contains 100 decisions from walking up stairs vs. taking the elevator to grabbing a piece
of chocolate or not. Make 90 good ones and only 10 bad ones!
Sample Tips on My DVD:
Early to bed early to rise. Old but true. Pass on that extra beer or after dinner drink in the bar with friends
or co-workers. Wake up early and get to the gym. Develop a reputation within your company or circle of friends
as the guy that works out not the one who hangs at the bar. You will notice how your life and career change for the
better.
There is no easy way out, none. Never, no, zip. You cannot take a pill and make this all
go away. It is in between your ears. 100%.
Run in a race. Fun, social and challenging. Print out
your results and track your progress. Most races now are timed chip events and for about $30 dollars, you get a fun morning,
a tee shirt and a great memory! These events are also mostly 5k’s, short and easy for any level. You don’t
have to do the marathon, and I would not recommend doing it anyway!
