Mr. Nobody is really just a normal guy. A career
sales guy, married with 2 kids, never played organized sports, been on TV or even worked out with a professional trainer.
That said, he is dedicated to keeping himself in shape, eats right, competes in a few local races each year and works out,
on average, every other day of his life, about 200 times a year. Exercise and keeping fit are just a part of his life.
It is through fitness and working out that I have improved my body, my outlook and my life!
About Mr. Nobody Fitness
Mr. Nobody Fitness is more of a philosophy dedicated to the helping bridge a big gap in the fitness industry - super
models or professional trainers are not like the average American. Having a super model teach you how to work out is
just a painful reminder that the industry seems to be self-perpetuating towards a lack of results and continued steps from
fitness fad to fitness fad. I feel people need to start with the basics and build on from there. Start exercising.
Start eating right. Make more good decisions than bad. Then, as you see changes in both your body and your mind,
positive momentum can build and you can really see change. But you have to start and it all starts when you look in
the mirror in the morning and decide if you like the way you look, or not. If not, your body is the only thing you CAN
change. And you can!

just try to make your life healthier and happier.
